TG Lurgan is a great resource, they have been translating mainstream, popular songs, so the melody is very familiar, they always provide lyrics and are quite catchy, popular ones include; Avici, Cups, An tÁdh Nocht etc.

Kíla have a fair few songs as gaeilge and could be nice to tune ones ear.

For other modern bands, theres Mo hat, Mo Gheansaí, Delorentoes, the Coronas, the frames (or just Glen), and check out Ceol which each year for Seachtain na Gaeilge releases an album of Irish songs.
